COSTS
Creating bespoke films of this quality is a highly labour-intensive process, involving up to a dozen specialist personnel, and expensive digital equipment, across a 6 - 8 week timeline. IVC have refined this process, with their long experience and track record with Marriott, to be as efficient and painless as possible for properties.
The cost factors include: time taken to film the subjects required, time taken to get to and from the location, and the number and complexity of the films required. Below we outline our standard package and additional options to give you an idea of what it might cost to produce films for your property or properties.
STANDARD PACKAGE
Single hotel 2 day shoot (this is the recommended time needed to capture all the elements for a medium size property and its immediate location) 2 films: - 1 x main Full Version film (for offline uses) - 1 x 2 minute version (for online use) 10 - 12 production days
Costs include: Full IVC service and client liaison Pre-production logistics, planning etc 2 professional film crew – Director and Cameraman All equipment, cameras, lights, sound, dolly track etc All post production elements: Scripting Choice of professional Voiceover Choice of music from IVC’s library Marriott Brand Voice graphics and captions as required Editing and sound recording Online approvals Creation of YouTube TV channel for property, with all films on All Marriott-approved technical deliveries Admin costs and support personnel Cost excludes ex-UK travel, accommodation and subsistence for 2 crew.

Additional filming days: from £2250 (For larger properties or if you’d like a Destination Film, three days or more may be required) Additional 2 minute films: from £950 (You may wish to have up to four 2 minute films about various aspects of your offering : Meetings & Events, Cuisine & Leisure, Accommodation; Destination; and so on) Additional equipment / personnel: POA LANGUAGES: All films can be versioned in any other language.
DISCOUNTS
If more than one property can be captured during the same shoot, we can often create significant package discounts that can be shared by properties. Contact us to discuss your needs.
PROCEDURE
Contact IVC to discuss your needs. Our Executive Producer will have a full phone discussion with you to find out what will work best for your property. Once the project has been agreed and set in motion, we will liaise with your appointed contact and arrange all logistics and timescales with you. We will make sure that you understand what is required of you, and what will be delivered by us! The film crew will arrive and film – our long experience with Marriott will mean it will go smoothly, flexibly and pleasantly! Your films will take about a month to deliver after filming, during which time we will need your contact to be available for online approvals.
